Join Leigh Simpson for a full day of wellness with energising movement, nourishing food and mindful practices to leave you refreshed and recharged.


WHAT TO EXPECT?

Arrival
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with refreshing smoothies and seasonal fresh fruit. This is also a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants and ask any questions you may have before we get started.

Classes
Throughout the day, you will take part in three unique classes, each designed to support your body and mind in different ways:
• Flow: a yoga-inspired mobility class to help you relax, stretch, and gently ease into the day.
• Energise: a dynamic, higher-intensity session to get you moving and raise your heart rate.
• Connect: a Pilates-based class focused on mindfulness, core strength, and deepening your connection to your body.
 
Lunch
We will provide a nourishing and enjoyable lunch, full of good flavours to keep your energy up through the day!
