Booking Info
Your wedding reservation should be made with an initial £1000 non refundable deposit. The final details will then be arranged six to eight weeks before your wedding and a pro forma invoice will be issued for payment to reach us no later than 21 days prior to your wedding. We reserve the right to cancel and keep all monies previously paid if payment terms are not followed. Please note; balances paid by credit card will incur 5% surcharge.

Final Balance
Payments must be made fourteen days prior to the event, any payments after fourteen days must be in cash and any such payments must be made by seven days prior to the event. Credit Card payments will incur a 5% surcharge. If the final balance is not received seven days prior, then the date will be cancelled and monies paid will be returned. The Hotel should receive your table plans seven days prior to the event. Any guests cancelled within 72 hours of the function will be charged for. Place cards etc. should be brought to the hotel no earlier than 2 days prior to the event. The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss to any personal articles or items which are to be used during the wedding. Cake should be delivered on the day of the wedding only, we will not accept responsibility for damage or loss. Exploding balloons are not permitted in the function suites. Fireworks are not allowed within the Hotel ground and any other entertainment must be discussed with the Hotel representative for approval. The bars will close at 12 midnight for both residents and non resident guests. Non resident guests will be asked to vacate the premises by 12.30am. Only our resident DJ is permitted, alternative music is at the discretion of the management.
